Check your content is working for your users
You should regularly confirm that your content works for your users. You can ask your department communications web manager to check:
- on page searches in analytics (often an indication people did not find what they were looking for on that page)
- how users got to your page and where they clicked next (are they going where you expected or wanted them to?)
- user feedback left on Yukon.ca through the Feedback form.
- feedback from any offline channels, eg. the Inquiry desk and other front line staff.
